Public Information Request Form (Right to Know)

In requesting public information from the Police Department, you must fill out a Right-to-Know Form and submit it to the Department.  Please make sure you give as much information as possible.

Notification of Vacation

If you are planning on going on vacation and would like to notify the Police Department prior to leaving, please fill out the Vacation Notification Form and return it to the Department either by fax (215) 368-7624 or by mail at 1090 Troxel Road, Lansdale, PA 19446. If you wish to drop off the "Vacation Notification Form", the Police Department is located at 1090 Troxel Road, Lansdale. Please make sure you give ample notice.
