Morgandale Condominium Association Celebrates Its 50th Anniversary

Also on Saturday, Chairman Chuck Wilson and Township Manager David Kraynik came out to celebrate Morgandale Day and to recognize the Association’s 50 Anniversary. A proclamation was presented to Morgandale’s Board members acknowledging the Association’s work over the last 50 years, striving to preserve and enhance the quality of life and property values of Morgandale. The Morgandale Condominium Association holds a Gold Star Community designation by the PA Delaware Valley Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and consists of five hundred sixty homes.

Morgandale Day had a farm theme this year in honor of the Clemens Farm that existed prior to Morgandale’s development. The event included a parade, pony rides, a visiting farm, moon bounce, games, and lots of great food. We congratulate Morgandale’s Board members - Tim Cooney, President; Don Lyons, Vice President; Gary Cassel, Treasurer; Marianne Natali, 2nd Vice President; and Diana Ward, Secretary - along with, Jill L.
