Towamencin Police Department Maintains Accreditation Status
Chief Troxel and Lieutenant Wainwright proudly accepted Towamencin PD's reaccreditation certificate from the PA Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission on Tuesday, July 23, as they attended the PA Chief's Conference in Erie, PA. Our Police Department has maintained State accreditation since 2012, and is one of only 171 departments in the State to have accredited status. We're very proud of this accomplishment!
Citizens Police Academy - Accepting Applications
Applications for our 1st annual Citizens Police Academy are being accepted through August 23, (or until 15 applicants have been selected).
- Dates: Thursday evenings from September 12 through October 24
- Hours: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Location: Towamencin Township Meeting Hall, 1090 Troxel Road
