Meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend. Meetings take place in the Meeting Hall Building of the Municipal Complex unless otherwise indicated. Meeting Hall address: 1090 Troxel Road, Lansdale. Additional parking is available at the adjacent Family Worship Center parking lot. If using the Church's lot, we ask that our guests park on the side closest to the Township property.
👮 Accepting Applications for the 3rd Annual Citizens' Police Academy 🚓
If you are a Towamencin Township resident over 18 and interested in a unique opportunity to learn about police work and our police department, the CPA is for you. The CPA meets weekly on Thursday evenings until graduation. Applications are available online or in the PD’s lobby. Sign up now, and we will see you this fall!
Dates: Thursday evenings from September 10th through October 29th (graduation)
Hours: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Application Deadline: September 1, 2026

🚘 Annual Car Show - Saturday, September 12 - Register your car today!
Get ready for a showdown of the eras at the Old Versus New Classics Car Show! All makes and models are welcome, including American muscle, foreign classics, and custom builds. The event will be held at Fischer’s Park (2225 Bustard Road, Lansdale) on Saturday, September 12th, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Registration is $20 per car, and all entries receive a commemorative dash plaque. Space is limited; register today. Enjoy concessions throughout the morning and a DJ spinning all your favorite hits.
🏃 Turkey Trot 5K Walk/Run - November 14 - Registration Now Open
Get ready to gobble, wobble, and trot your way through Towamencin! Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, a parent with a stroller, or bringing your furry friend, everyone is welcome at this fun, festive 5K. This isn't just a race—it’s a community celebration supporting Towamencin’s Special Events, helping us bring FREE events to the entire township year-round.

Food Drive & Neighborhood Gathering - August 22
Drop off the listed food items at the Township Building between 11 am and 1 pm. If you are unable to attend on 8/22, donations will be accepted at the Township Building between Aug. 17 and 21, 9 am to 4 pm.
